This Tropical Avocado Smoothie is brain nourishing and extra delicious. Enjoy the recipe as is or give it your own twist.Ingredients: 1 c. unsweetened almond milk 1 small frozen banana 1/2 c. tropical fruits such as mango, guava and pineapple 1/4 ripe avocado 1 c. kale 1 cube frozen wheatgrass (great for blood cleansing, use with caution)
- Blend all in your favorite high quality blender.
- Top with a sprig of mint and shaved coconut butter for an extra special treat. Mint just looks pretty and adds a great freshness while Coconut Butter provides more of that fat that is actually good for you.
