This incredible Chocolate Avocado Pudding is vegan, gluten free and delicious. Enjoy this dessert without any guilt.
If all of that was not a good enough excuse to enjoy this Avocado Pudding then note that avocado offers many health benefits. It provides an excellent source of potassium and an average of 4 grams of protein per avocado. Additionally, avocado provides monounsaturated fat which is commonly referred to as “good fat.” This fat may reduce levels of “bad” cholesterol in your blood. Additionally, it can lower your risk of stroke and heart disease.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding Ingredients:2 medium avocados 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder 6 dates, pitted 1 teaspoon orange zest 3 tablespoons coconut milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 T. Raw Cacao Nibs (optional) Sliced Almonds (optional)
Chocolate Avocado Pudding Directions1. Soak the dates in water overnight. 2. Combine the first six ingredients, in a food processor or blender, until smooth. 3. Stir in raw cacao nibs, if desired. 4. Chill until ready to serve. 5. Top with sliced almonds just before serving. 6. Enjoy.
