For a dairy free option simply substitute almond milk for the Kefir, or to keep consistent with the texture choose plain coconut yogurt. If you do not like egg then do not use egg. Your protein profile will change but you will still thoroughly enjoy all of the wonderful antioxidants in this beverage.

Berry Berry Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients:

 1 banana
1-cup kefir or plain nonfat yogurt
½ cup each fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries,  and strawberries
1-farm fresh egg*
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/2 to 1 Tsp raw honey
1 cup crushed ice
1-cup ice water

Berry Berry Breakfast Smoothie Directions:

1. In a blender or food processor combine ingredients until mixture is smooth,  
    approximately  30 to 45 seconds.
2. Pour smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve at once.
3. Enjoy this great source of antioxidants and live cultures.
